ORDERING TICKETS. Your tickets are all General Admission. There are no posts or visual obstructions (plus unusually good acoustics) in the Octagon. There isn’t a bad seat in the house!s.
2. Purchase tickets In Person in the office. Save service charges! The office is open for in-person purchase of tickets from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tickets are also available the night of the show until the end of intermission (providing there is not a sell-out). You may purchase with cash, check or charge while in the office.
3. Phone Charge Please call 9 AM to 1 PM to speak to someone in the box office – otherwise leave your order on the phone system. You will be called the next business day to confirm your order. Please be prepared to give the following information:
a) Your name
b) Charge card type
c) Charge card name/number & expiration date
d) Full name of credit card holder
e) The name of the show(s) you desire
f) The number of tickets you desire for each
g) Complete mailing address if different from your billing address
h) Email address (if desired)
i) Daytime phone number so we can confirm your order (or contact you in the event of an emergency)
j) How you heard about the performance

5. By Fax Please fax your order, including all information indicated above, to: 727-531-4188.
Convenience Charge A $5.00 per ticket convenience charge is added to phone, fax and email orders. A $5.00 charge is added to mail orders.
Check Policy The Octagon Arts Center accepts checks with mail orders or in person only up to 10 days before a performance. There is a $25.00 fee for any check returned unpaid by your bank.
